We enjoyed a nice 4th of July in Ames this year. Travis had to work the 3rd and 5th, so we stayed in town. Both of our families were able to join us for part of the day. Both kids loved the parade and Ellie enjoyed the big bounce houses in the park. Ellie and my Mom were kind enough to bake me a birthday cake! Ellie was amazed I got a parade and fireworks on my birthday:)
